Delivery Policy
Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
Orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
SaltyKitten is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

If your order is a gift, we can deliver directly to the recipient. Please fill in the recipients address and not yours when filling in the order.

Return Policy
At SaltyKitten, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and 7 days for sale items from receipt of your order.
All jewellery is refundable except earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, box and pouch included. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ​
SaltyKitten is not responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item.​

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Please note SaltyKitten cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, it will take up to 10-15 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@saltykitten.com.

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible.

From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end.
